Scope of this notice

This notice describes the RoamCircuit planning tools supplied by this plugin. The website also runs WordPress; the host, theme and other installed plugins can have separate data-processing behavior. It distinguishes what the website code does from what a hosting provider may do when delivering a webpage. It does not describe travel providers or external websites you choose to use.

Information entered into tools

The tools accept values such as trip costs, traveller counts, distances, estimated bag weights, packing preferences and a departure date and time. Calculations take place in your browser. The supplied code does not send these form values to a server, maintain a user profile or save results in cookies, local storage or an account.

The tools do not require your name, email address, passport number, payment information or booking reference. Please do not enter sensitive identifiers into a field intended for a planning value.

How entered information is used

Your entries are used to produce the calculation or checklist shown on the current page. They remain available while that page is open, but this website provides no persistent storage or recovery feature. Leaving or reloading the page can clear them. A browser may separately offer autofill or session restoration under its own settings.

Hosting and technical connection data

Opening a website involves requests to the server that delivers it. Depending on the deployed host and its configuration, technical information such as IP address, request time, requested URL, browser details and error information may be processed in access or security logs.

The hosting provider, logging settings, retention periods and server locations have not been supplied for this version. They must be checked by the operator before publication; this notice does not claim that hosting logs are absent or that a particular retention period applies.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

WordPress administration and authenticated sessions can use cookies. Installed plugins, including any analytics, security, caching, advertising or contact-form features, may process additional information. The statement below describes the RoamCircuit toolkit code only, not every component of a live WordPress site.

The supplied code does not set cookies, use browser storage, or include third-party advertising, analytics or tracking scripts. Styles, scripts and the travel image are included as local website assets. If the operator later adds analytics, ads, embedded services or a contact form, this notice and the Cookie Notice need to be reviewed to reflect those changes.

Printing, external services and your choices

Printing a checklist or saving it as a PDF creates a copy under your control. Consider who can access that copy, particularly on a shared device. Any external website you visit has its own privacy practices; RoamCircuit does not control them.

You can use the tools without supplying identifying information, choose not to print results, and close the page when finished. Browser and device privacy settings can provide additional controls.

Privacy enquiries and publication review

A verified operator contact channel is not yet configured; the Contact page describes its availability. Operator identity, actual hosting practices and any location-specific disclosure or rights requirements must be reviewed before public launch. This notice should not be treated as a guarantee of compliance with every privacy law.
