How the RoamCircuit tools handle information.
Last updated: October 25, 2026. This policy describes the RoamCircuit travel tools. Hosting services and other features added by the site operator may process information separately.
Tool entries
The five RoamCircuit tools calculate in your browser. This plugin does not intentionally send calculator inputs, packing selections, traveler names or itineraries to a server, and it does not provide account-based saving. Inputs remain in the current page session; refreshing or leaving may remove them. Print or download a copy if you want to retain a result.
Website requests and technical logs
Visiting a website sends technical information to its hosting infrastructure, such as IP address, requested page, browser information and request time. The hosting provider or site operator may retain access or security logs according to their configuration. This plugin does not control those retention periods.
Cookies and other plugins
The RoamCircuit tool code does not set visitor tracking cookies or use local storage to save plans. WordPress, the active theme, security tools, analytics, advertising, embedded services or other installed plugins may use cookies or process data independently. Their actual behavior must be covered by the operator’s site-wide disclosures and any legally required consent mechanism.
Email contact
If you email us, your email address and message are processed by the email services involved and used to respond to your request. Avoid sending sensitive information. Contact messages are not collected by an on-page form in this plugin.
Your choices and requests
You may choose not to enter personal details, use nicknames in group tools and clear a tool by resetting it or closing the page. For questions or requests about information you have sent by email, contact namescombinersite@gmail.com. Applicable privacy rights depend on your location and relevant law.
