Are these tools free to use?
Yes. These five planning tools work without a user account or payment.
Does selecting a currency convert my costs?
No. The currency selector only changes the label. Enter all amounts in the same currency; convert any other currency separately before adding it.
Are my plans saved automatically?
No. Inputs stay in the current page session, not a personal account. Refreshing, navigating away or closing the page may remove your work. Print or download your result before leaving.
Can I use the results for bookings?
Treat results as estimates. Confirm prices, reservations, opening hours, travel times, baggage rules and entry requirements with the relevant provider or official authority.
Can I print or download my plan?
Yes. Each tool provides print and text-download options after you generate a result. Your browser can usually save the print view as a PDF.
How are my calculations processed?
The tools calculate in your browser. They do not intentionally upload tool entries to RoamCircuit. Hosting logs, other WordPress plugins or analytics may operate separately; see the privacy policy.
